Happy New Year!

Last February I started a plan to lose weight.  I continued 3 months and fell from the plan.  Sometimes we fail to continue what we start.

However, just because we have set-backs doesn’t mean we must give up or quit.  I haven’t.

This year I am starting over again.  The holidays are over and a new year has begun and I have started working on losing 100 pounds again.

I hope my progress will encourage others to take the challenge.  I also hope you will comment on the posts and offer encouragement to me and others trying to lose weight this year.
